Schedule an Event Rebroadcast

  1. Login to your Libré Communications account. This will show you your dashboard. If you do not yet have an account, please go to registration process to find out how to register for an account.
  2. Under ‘Actions’ click the ‘Schedule a rebroadcast’ link. This will show the ‘Re-Broadcast’ page.
  3. Select the event your would like to rebroadcast from the ‘Rebroadcast of’ drop-down list. If there are no events listed then you do not have access rights to show any events again[1].
  4. Give the rebroadcast a title. It is helpful if this reflects the title of the original event.
  5. Select the timezone you would like to use for the ‘Start Time’ of the rebroadcast. This does not need to be the same timezone as the original event broadcast.
  6. Click the ‘Start Time’ input box to pop-up a calendar view where you can select the date on which you want the rebroadcast to start.
  7. Click the input box below to show a drop-down list where you can select the time you want the rebroadcast to start. Note the list shows increments of 30 minutes. If the start time you require is not available, select the closest and then edit the minutes, e.g select 16:30 and then edit to 16:15.
  8. Select a value for the ‘Disallow’ drop-down list. The disallow value is the period of time after a rebroadcast has finished for which it is still possible to login and view the rebroadcast[2]. Select ‘Never’ to allow the rebroadcast to always be viewable.

  10. Click ‘Save’ to schedule the selected event to be rebroadcast at the specified date and time.
  11. Once you have scheduled a rebroadcast you will be shown details of the rebroadcast and shown links where you can edit, cancel and delete the broadcast or invite attendees.

If you have scheduled a rebroadcast to start at 15:00 and it is 90 minutes long and so due to finish at 16:30, but you would like to still be able to login and view the rebroadcast up to 18:00, you would select 90 minutes. After 18:00 it would not be possible to login and view the rebroadcast unless you scheduled another rebroadcast.
